This year, Wonderful is putting $25,000 of our studio behind one Australian organisation with a problem worth solving.
Every organisation has problems. Some are small. Some are complicated.
And some have been sitting in the too-hard basket for far too long. We want to hear about the latter.
No brief required. No solution required. Just bring us the problem.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. We believe the best work starts with understanding the problem, not jumping straight to the solution.
So we're looking for an Australian organisation doing something worthwhile that has a digital problem getting in the way. It might be making it difficult for people to access your services. Stopping you from reaching more people. Creating unnecessary complexity for your customers or your team. Holding back an idea you believe could make a difference.
Or it might be something we haven't thought of. That's why we're asking you.
What happens next?
Tell us about your organisation, the problem you're facing and why you think it's worth solving.
We'll review every submission and meet with a shortlist of organisations to understand their challenge more deeply. We'll then choose one and put up to $25,000 of Wonderful's strategy, research, UX, design and technology expertise behind helping tackle it.
What that looks like will depend entirely on the problem. Because we're not starting with the solution.

We understand that some business challenges are sensitive or simply not ready to be shared publicly. Anything you submit will be treated as confidential and won't be shared or published without your permission.

Wonderful Problems is an initiative from Wonderful. We understand that some problems are sensitive. All submissions will be treated confidentially, and Wonderful is happy to enter into an NDA where required before discussing commercially sensitive information in greater detail. One selected Australian organisation will receive up to $25,000 of Wonderful professional services, with the final scope agreed between Wonderful and the selected organisation. The contribution may include strategy, research, UX, design, technology consulting and related professional services depending on the nature of the selected problem. Third-party costs, media, software, hosting, licensing, production expenses and implementation outside the agreed scope are not included. Some problems may require work beyond the initial $25,000 contribution. Where that's the case, we'll be transparent about it before any work begins. There is no obligation to engage Wonderful for any additional paid work.
