We partnered with Millbray to bring a new over-50s lifestyle brand to life from first concept through to a full digital launch.
The goal was to craft a modern, design-led brand that speaks to a new generation of downsizers: independent, discerning, and seeking more than just a place to live. The website became the cornerstone of that identity — blending lifestyle storytelling, architectural beauty, and community spirit in one cohesive experience.
As a completely new entrant to the market, Millbray needed to establish credibility, emotion and differentiation from day one.
There was no existing digital footprint, no prior audience, and no brand recognition just a vision to redefine what over-50s living could be.
The challenge was to create a digital platform that could build trust instantly, communicate sophistication and warmth, and act as the brand’s first and most powerful expression.



Working in close collaboration with property creative agency Bullet, we translated the newly developed Millbray brand into a refined digital experience.
With brand guidelines provided, our focus was on shaping the UX and visual system to express Millbray’s positioning online, elegant, confident, and easy to navigate. Together, we mapped key buyer journeys, balancing lifestyle storytelling with clarity and performance.
The result is a modular UX architecture and responsive interface that showcases the brand’s premium design language while keeping enquiry and conversion effortless across devices.
