Woodlea aimed to improve its digital buyer journey by integrating online and offline interactions to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. We introduced progressive profiling, capturing key customer information such as product interests, preferences, and budget through website interactions. This data was used to guide users through the awareness and acquisition stages, driving them to book appointments with the sales team either online or in-person at the Sales Experience Hub.
A Display Village Mobile Companion allowed users to scan QR codes to access exclusive content and offers, helping build detailed customer profiles. This information was integrated into Salesforce, enabling targeted marketing and personalised communication. The result was a seamless, personalised customer journey that boosted engagement, improved conversions, and enabled more targeted marketing.
