Woodlea / Customer Experience and Digital Transformation

A Connected Platform for Australia’s Fastest-Growing Community.

Project Overview

We partnered with Woodlea (by VIP / Mirvac) to redefine how prospective buyers and residents engage online and offline across the master-planned community.

Our goal was to create an integrated digital platform that supports progressive profiling, seamless journey mapping and live-data connection so the community experience starts long before someone visits the display village and continues well after they move in.

The Challenge

Woodlea’s ambition to become Australia’s next community of choice was hampered by a digital experience that didn’t reflect its scale, complexity and modern buyer behaviours.

Potential buyers needed a clearer path through awareness to appointment, then onward to conversion and community life. With multiple touch-points including website, display village, QR experiences and a need to integrate both offline and online signals, the challenge was to design an ecosystem that could capture intent and convert it into action, while preserving the premium feel of the brand.

The Approach

Beginning with a data-driven mindset, we worked closely with Woodlea’s marketing and sales teams to map key buyer moments and embed digital pathways into the real-world environment.

Experience mapping identified stages where visitors need inspiration, guidance and prompts to book or convert, this led to the creation of a modular UX architecture that could flex across campaigns, village visits and resident engagement.

We introduced progressive-profiling flows that allowed the platform to collect interest, preferences and intent over time, dynamically personalised content as users moved through their journey, and integrated data capture points (such as QR scans at the display village) into the CRM for smarter follow-up.

All design work was mobile-first, reflecting the on-the-go nature of modern property research, and backed by a unified design system that balanced brand consistency with dynamic storytelling across the community experience.
